A robust scanner which is extremely manoeuvrable utilising exceptional mechanical design to maintain adherence to a tank wall.
The Spider can be used with any standard ultrasonic flaw detector or Sonatest Digital Flaw Detector for continuous encoded B-scan measurements using the optional “Analyst” Data Acquisition and reporting software package.
The vehicle can be adapted to be used with a TOFD attachment for weld inspection which has an optional video camera attachment for weld alignment or remote visual inspection.
